REFUND POLICY 

No Refunds for Completed Subscription Periods: Once a subscription period has commenced, we do not provide refunds for that period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid subscription term.

 

Refunds for Technical Issues: If technical issues arise that are not resolved within 3 business days, and significantly prevent the use of our services, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the time the services were unavailable.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Request Submission: To request a refund, contact our Customer Support Team via ContactUs page with your subscription details and the reason for your request.

 

Review and Response: Our team will review your request and respond within [2-3] business days. We may request additional information or documentation to assess your eligibility.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within [10-15] business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
